RCC was established in 2023 to increase access to performance opportunities for circus artists at all levels.
Vision: Our vision is to elevate Lane County through the captivating art of aerial and circus performance. RCC strives to create an abundance of performance opportunities where the artistry, athleticism, and beauty of circus art inspires and empowers individuals of all ages and backgrounds. We are committed to pursuing this vision; striving for inclusion, creativity, collaboration, and opportunity for aspiring performing artists in our community to soar higher.
Mission: Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all people, with a particular focus on youth and the LGBTQ+ community, to experience the transformative power of circus.

RCC prioritizes inclusion, diversity, equity, and access in the circus and aerial world.
RCC works to increase access, inclusion, and belonging for LGBTQ+ youth.
RCC integrates varied and non-traditional approaches to coaching and learning, as we recognize through experience that traditional and rigid approaches to leadership, physical movement, and skill progression are not effective or accessible for many people.
